• David Cicotello has been a general editor of the McFarland Historic Ballpark series that began with the publication of Forbes Field: Essays and Memories of the Pirates’ Historic Ballpark, 1909–1971 (Cicotello and Louisa, 2007). Subsequent volumes have been published on Ebbets Field, Old Comiskey Park, Tiger Stadium, the Polo Grounds, and Rosenblatt Stadium. He has been a member of SABR since 1999 and contributed biographical articles to its Deadball Stars volumes. Currently, he lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and teaches at The Webb School in Bell Buckle.
